Scheduling a Visit

To begin the scheduling process, please complete our Group Sales Information Request Form. One of our representatives will contact you within 48 business hours to discuss the details of your visit and answer any questions you may have. For your convenience, a confirmation letter is emailed to you as soon as you submit the request.

Visit Availability

Self-guided visits may be scheduled any day of the week. Taste Labs and Tea Discovery are conducted at specific times each day and vary seasonally. The group sales representative who contacts you can help you coordinate your visit so that we accommodate your group's schedule as best we can!

Group Size

The minimum number for a group is 20.

Accessibility

We are happy to accommodate all individuals in your group. All of our exhibits, restrooms, Taste Lab, and Tea Discovery are accessible by wheelchair and all public floors can be reached by elevator.

Arrival Procedure

Please keep all guests on the motorcoach/bus upon arrival. Do not disembark the group until directed to do so by our representative who will greet your motorcoach/bus in the parking lot. The group leader only, however, may come into the main lobby as soon as the group arrives to provide a final count and make payment. The motorcoach/bus can park freely on the north side of Linden Street along the indented curb. To pick up your group at the end of the visit, return to the drop off point.

Guided Tour of Columbia Borough

Did you know that Columbia, PA was in line to be the Capital of the United States at one point? Or that it played a critical role in the Civil War, specifically in relation to Gettysburg? Let one of our experienced step-on guides take your motorcoach on this informative 45 minute tour of Columbia and neighboring Wrightsville. $2.00 per person (minimum of 15 people) and a maximum cost of $100 per Group. This is available to motorcoach groups only.
